产品简介：
    全自动磷化除渣机广泛用于汽车、摩托车、电动车、自行车零部件，汽车零部件,仪器仪表外壳，高低压电器设备，箱柜壳体及其它钢结构工件进行喷涂、烤漆、喷塑、防锈、电泳浸漆等涂装前的磷化处理，同时也可以用于淬火液、清洗液及机床切削液的过滤。其功能是去除药液内渣，延缓管路，换热器，电热管等结垢的速度。其特点是自动化程度高并且全程采用PLC自动控制；定时排渣，时间可按排渣进行设定，机器安装有滤纸快速张紧装置，更换过滤纸方便、快捷，过滤纸可以反复使用多次，使用次数可以根据现场自主设置；渣浆压缩：成饼状，滤渣厚度2～8㎝；粉胶状越细污泥脱水时间越长。
